V Mesh Security Fence Description

3D Curved Welded Wire Mesh as an economical type of fence system, welded mesh fence is a kind of 3D fence with longitudinal folds,which makes the fence stronger. The fence panels is welded by high quality low carbon steel wire. It's common surface treatment are hot dipped galvanized or electric polyester powder spray coating over galvanized wire. The common post of the welded fence are peach post, Round post or special-shaped post. Fence panel will be fixed to the post by suitable clips according to different post type. Due to its simple structure, see-through panel, easy installation, nice appearance, the welded mesh fence are more and more popular.

V Mesh Security Fence Specification

The welded mesh panels are available in a range of heights from 1030 to 2500mm and have a width of 3000mm.
The wire diameter is usually from 4mm to 5mm, which welded at each intersection. The panels have vertical barbs of 20mm-30mm at the top.
The mesh patterns are 100X50mm, or 150X70mm.

Posts
The panels are secured laterally on the posts with specialized fixing made out of metal (security clips). The tubular posts (50X70mm, or 70X100mm) in H-shape are covered with a plastic cap.

Coating Techniques & Colors
The panels are galvanized before PVC-coating adhesion to the product surface in accordance with the GB/T18226-2000 standard.
The Colors of PVC coatings usually are RAL6005 and RAL9003, and also can be requested.
