Galvanized Steel Grating Description
The drainage channel steel grating is made of carbon steel,
aluminum steel and stainless steel. Different
materials of grating can suit different applications of customers.
Carbon steel grating is the most economical
grating among the three types and the aluminum grating features
lightweight and corrosion resistance, it can be
used in the corrosive environments. The stainless steel grating has
unique chemical stability, it is the ideal
products to be used in the acid or alkali environments and keep a
long service life.

Material :Mild steel & Low carbon steel, etc.
Surface treatment: hot-dipped galvanized, electric galvanized.
1)Bearing bar shapes: plain or serrated or I bar type.
2)Bearing Bar Pitch (center to center): 30, 40, 60mm are
recommended,but we can also do it under customer's request.
3)Bearing Bar (Load Bar) Specifications (mm):The
specification(thickness of bearing bar)of plain type and serrated
type is 20 x 3 to 100 x 10;
4)Cross bar pitch(mm) :38, 40, 50, 60, 76, 80, 100, 110, 120 etc.
Flat steel: the material is Q235 or stainless steel, there are
ordinary plane type, anti-skid tooth type and section I type,
usually specifications are 20*5, 25*5, 30*3, 32*5, 40*5, 40*3,
50*5, 65*5, 100*8, 100*10 and so on.
Rail: material and flat steel, the use of twisted square steel, it
is made of the disk by square horizontal drawing and twisting,
its common specifications are 5*5, 6*6, 8*8, etc.
